Way of the Rope Beginner & Intermediate with Tim Shieff

Learn the art of Rope Flow from pioneer Tim Shieff of Way of the Rope & connect with other rope rollers at the beautiful Hampstead Heath hosted by RopeFlow.London.

Tim will be running 2 workshops, a beginner and intermediate.

BEGINNER | Saturday 1st July 11am-12:30pm

For complete beginners with zero rope experience. A 90min intensive to get you started on your Rope Flow journey. Covers all the basic 3 primary patterns + more.

PRICE: £40 (or £25 for low income)

INTERMEDIATE | Saturday 1st July 1pm-2:30pm

For anyone who can already do the basics of Dragon Rolls and Matadors.

We will build on these and work with footwork, other patterns like sneaks and rhythms.
