We are all unique individuals. Each person a complex universe interacting with others and our environment (i.e. the complexities of life). Where does your physical practice fit in to all of it? What is your relationship with your body? Is it (your physical practice) simply exercise you must do or is it something more?
A one-to-one coaching session with me will always emphasise a tailored approach to you. Your context. Your universe.
Life is often a game of managing one’s energetically resources and time. We are overloaded with decisions in all areas of life let alone what to focus on for one’s body and when energy is low we just want to know what to do.
Whether you have a little or a lot (energy and time), finding the right practice that compliments your unique predicament is vital and finding a practice that not only helps you survive but leads you to a place where you thrive because it generates an energetically surplus and intrinsically rewarding and fun.
Together, I hope to help you face and resolve challenges you have and will come across through the vehicle of a movement practice.

Individual - Perfect if you prefer my undivided attention or are a little bit shy about trying new things in front of other people.
Strategy - You will get a consultation (during your first session) to discuss, short/medium and long term goals and if we are a good fit.
Movement - Tailored movement sessions based on your goals and needs combined with my expertise. I have 12 years of experience and a wide variety of systems, methods and teaching to call on and find the right combination for you. The Guidance to make you ultimately independent and self sufficient.
