Fighting Monkey 9Speedtool Practice


Ben is a Fighting Monkey "Stray Dog" and 9Speedtool Instructor. This class is an ongoing weekly practice to help you discover and develop how you can use the Speedtool in various ways, whether for rehabilitation, performance and refining biomechanics or simply for Joy. The class will also cover supplemental FM Zero Forms practice, such as FM Coordinations and controlled articulations.
